BEYOND THE DIRECTORY

A useful upgrade fits your class, improves the attributes you need, and meets the armor requirements of your hunting area. Look up equipment below, then compare new drops with your current gear before equipping them.

Match your weapon to your class, press B to compare equipment tooltips, and use the green button on a new drop’s right-side shortcut card to equip it. Choose Attack Ring IV for physical attack or Magic Ring IV for magic attack, comparing both accessory slots. You can mix equipment tiers, but only Tier V orange armor counts toward the five-piece Armor Set counter.

Equipment Reference by Type, Slot, and Tier

Use the equipment directory to find weapons by type, armor by slot, and accessories by attack type. Open More details on an entry for its additional attributes and any acquisition or equip instructions.

Equipment names use Roman numerals for tiers: I = 1, II = 2, III = 3, IV = 4, and V = 5. Read that label alongside the individual item’s tooltip when choosing an upgrade.

For weapon appearances from the seasonal event, see Halloween weapon skins.

Match Weapons to Classes and Fill Your Slots

Choose the weapon type that matches your class:

Class Weapon type
Swordsman Sword
Thief Dual daggers
Archer Bow
Mage Magic staff
Cleric Spellbook
Merchant Axe

For stat priorities and skills that support each weapon, use the class build guide.

Press B to open Bag and inspect your equipment panel.

Equipment slot What it holds
Upper Head Helmet
Mid Head Mask
Weapon Your class weapon
Body Chest armor
Cloak Cloak
Boots Boots
Acc.1 First accessory
Acc.2 Second accessory

You can wear different tiers at the same time. A Tier V weapon can sit alongside lower-tier armor; upgrading your weapon does not upgrade your armor slots.

The Armor Set counter tracks five pieces and counts only Tier V orange armor. Check the armor slots individually when working toward that counter. Weapon tier and accessory tier do not substitute for qualifying armor.

The panel also provides Auto Equip and Unequip All controls. For card slots and card bonuses, see the cards guide.

Get Drops, Compare Tooltips, and Equip Upgrades

Villagers provide starter weapons alongside potions and gold. After that, hunting monsters supplies equipment drops. Staff I can drop during combat in the boar area, and a Whitefang Sabertooth kill can award a Tier IV ring. Use the monster and Leader directory to choose hunting targets.

Compare an item in Bag

  1. Press B to open Bag.
  2. Hover over the item to compare its tooltip with your currently equipped gear.
  3. Check its weapon type or slot, tier, and attributes. Favor improvements that support your damage type or address an armor requirement.
  4. Click the item to open its item menu.

Equip a new drop from its shortcut card

When a new equipment drop offers a shortcut card, you can equip it without opening Bag:

  1. Find the equipment card on the right side of the screen.
  2. Click its green equip button, labeled สวมใส่ in the Thai interface.
  3. Look for the equipped-item confirmation. For Mask IV, สวม Mask IV แล้ว confirms that the mask is equipped, and the shortcut card closes.

Use the item comparison to make the choice and the confirmation to check that the replacement succeeded.

Mask IV shortcut card with a green equip button on the right side of the screen.
Mask IV equipped confirmation after the shortcut card closes.

Choose Physical or Magic Rings

  • For physical attack, prioritize Attack Ring IV. Its attack type supports physical damage.
  • For magic attack, prioritize Magic Ring IV. Its attack type supports magic damage.

Compare the individual ring’s tooltip against what you have equipped in Acc.1 and Acc.2. An upgrade for one slot may be less useful than replacing the ring in the other slot, so inspect both before deciding.

Choose by attack type and attributes, rather than gemstone color or selling value. The appropriate ring is the one that supports your build and improves the slot you are replacing.

Armor Warnings and Upgrade Priorities

In the scorpion area recommended for levels 51–58, fighting Black Scorpion can trigger the warning “Armor too weak here - wear Tier III!” If it appears, equip Tier III armor. Check your armor separately from your weapon when responding to this warning.

During early progression:

  • Replace weaker gear with better usable drops. Favor attributes that improve your current class’s damage and help you keep hunting efficiently.
  • Keep useful gear for classes you plan to play. A weapon that does not fit your current class may still be worth saving. Use the inventory, selling, and storage guide when clearing space.
  • Prioritize useful replacements before investing heavily in gear you expect to replace soon. Read the refining guide for the upgrade process and the early-beta failure risks before committing resources.
