AT A GLANCE
Open the party menu on the left, create a party, and invite players from your server using the list on the right. Parties hold up to six players. Open Manage and set EXP distribution to share. For boss hunts, Swordsman is a strong frontline choice and Cleric provides healing and revival; add Thief, Archer, or Mage according to your damage needs.

Create or Join a Six-Player Party
A Hunting Together party holds up to six players. To invite a friend, first join the same server so their name appears in the server list.
- Open the party menu on the left side of the screen.
- Select the create-party button at the bottom right of the party area.
- Find your friend in the server-player list on the right and select Invite beside their name.
- Have your friend accept the invitation. If someone else creates the party, accept their invitation to join instead.
- Check the member list on the left to confirm who joined.
The party panel shows teammates’ classes and health bars. Use it to keep track of the group during a hunt, and select Manage to open the party settings.
Turn On Shared EXP
Once you are in a party, set its EXP distribution mode to share:
- Open the party panel and select Manage.
- Find the EXP distribution setting at the bottom left.
- Change the mode to share, then hunt together to share leveling EXP.
The party menu lists an EXP and drop-chance bonus of +2% per person. Choose share explicitly when your goal is to level together.
For hunting targets and progression milestones, follow the beginner leveling guide.
Build a Frontline, Damage, and Support Team
For boss hunts, start with Swordsman on the frontline and Cleric on support, then choose damage dealers for the encounter. Swordsman’s high HP, defensive skills, and self-healing help it absorb attacks, while Cleric helps the group recover and brings fallen teammates back into the fight.
| Class | Recommended party assignment | When to choose it |
|---|---|---|
| Swordsman | Draw monsters or bosses toward the frontline and absorb damage. | Choose it when the group needs a durable player to handle close-range pressure. |
| Cleric | Buff allies, heal, and revive fallen teammates. | Choose it when keeping the group alive is a priority. |
| Thief | Focus on fast melee damage and critical hits. | Add it when you want strong close-range pressure on a priority target. |
| Archer | Maintain sustained ranged attacks, with some group attacks and control. | Add it when you want damage from a distance; its low HP makes frontline protection useful. |
| Mage | Use area magic and control against groups. | Add it when several enemies need attention. Its spells have casting time, and its ice and lightning options include chances to freeze or stun. |
| Merchant | Contribute melee damage while pursuing Gold-focused play. | Choose it for money-making hunts and its buying and selling advantages. |
You do not need one of every class. Treat the six-player limit as room to build around your goal: favor Thief for focused melee damage, Archer for sustained ranged attacks, or Mage for area damage and control.
Cleric’s support skills
- Grace: Apply a buff to support allies.
- Mending Light: Restore health. Cleric can heal itself and nearby teammates, and the healing cast uses a progress bar.
- Second Dawn: Revive a fallen teammate without consuming a revival item.
To fill a missing role, use the class and class-changing guide. For stat priorities and skill choices, see the builds for all six classes.
Once roles are assigned, use the boss encounter guide for locations and encounter advice, or the Whitefang Sabertooth guide for that fight’s movement and safe-zone mechanics.
